Uranus has entered Gemini — bringing a jolt to the air element that can leave the body buzzing, the breath shallow, and the mind spinning. In this embodied astrology workshop, we’ll explore how this seven-year transit moves through the body: the lungs, the nerves, and our electrical system. You’ll learn how to stay rooted and responsive as the winds of change pick up speed.

Join us for this workshop on how to dance with these winds within the body!

We’ll be somatically exploring:

  • Medical Astrology Models of Uranus in Gemini — and how to work with the shocks, sparks, and rebellions that this transit brings.

  • Breathing tools for grounding air element excess: sinking/rooting our body, stoking the bellows of our breath, stoking and regulating our Qi.

  • Gestures and movement concepts from Eurythmy pertaining to the spirit of Gemini 

  • Avenues for spontaneous expression — Uranus brings the potential to release stagnation and awaken latent potentials within the body. 

This will be a moderately active workshop, where you’ll spend time on your feet and move your arms in the air. Our movements will be more about the attitudes and qualities of energy we’re cultivating, rather than getting a workout. You’ll leave more aware of what this transit is doing in your field — and more resourced to move with it.
